Toasted Sesame-ginger Bacon Arugula Spread (Think Pesto…)
We needed a Naked Bacon spread.. So we made one!! It’s wonderfully flavorful and adds a punch to any sandwich!!
Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Awesome!
Gather your supplies!
4-5 large handfuls of arugula
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
3/4 cup sesame seed oil (varies depending on consistency you want)
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
2 in ginger root
2 T Naked Bacon fat
3 slices Sugar Free Naked Bacon
salt pepper to taste
1/4 C. maple syrup
First fry up your Sugar Free Naked Bacon and save about 2 T of the fat.

Toast Sesame Seeds to lightly brown.
Grate Ginger Root.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop it up!!
Spread on delicious Companion Crostini or other hearty bread!
