The Perfect Naked Bacon

Oscar Mayer may have a wiener mobile, but if you ask us, that’s compensating for something. Our bacon doesn’t shrivel up when it’s cooked (seriously, we don’t inject it with water), so that means we got the biggest strip in town baby!

Here is how to get the most out of that big boy so you can feed that family of yours!

Take a baking sheet with a slight lip and cover in aluminum foil

Lay out strips on aluminum foil

Preheat oven to 375°

Once ready, place bacon in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes

Remove and let cool for several minutes before serving

There you have it, the best bacon and the best way to cook it. If you need some extra bacon (remember, bigger is better) check out the store to get some all-natural kick ass bacon.

Naked Bacon Wrapped Filet

So, do you love steak? How about bacon? Of course you do... they're both amazing (if you don’t, seek help). We don’t eat the food that our food eats.

Here is a recipe to put together one of the best bacon wrapped filets money can buy and it's probably better than any steakhouse filet. “Why?” you ask. Because it’s wrapped in Naked Bacon™, enough said!

Coat filet with olive or grapeseed oil

Add a pinch of sea salt, coarse black pepper and garlic salt to both sides

Sear all sides of filet in skillet to seal in juices

Wrap the filet with a strip of bacon of your choice (see our options in our store)

Secure the bacon with a kitchen string or toothpicks

Place in convection oven at 450 degrees until desired doneness

There you have it, a Naked Bacon™ wrapped filet! It’s amazing, delicious, bacony, awesome and many other adjectives that need not be explained.

The Naked Bacon Bloody Mary

After a long night out, we all wake up feeling pretty damn awful. It’s a given, we won't lie about it. What does your body need aside from a possible hair of the dog? Bacon.

Here are some steps to incorporate the best bacon into one of the best hangover drinks:

The Drink

• 1 shot of vodka (you’re the hung over one, you choose it)
• 10 oz tomato juice
• 1 splash of Worcester sauce
• 1 oz olive juice
• 1 pinch of black pepper
• 1 pinch of sea salt
• 1 stalk of celery

The Bacon

Use a skillet to fry up some of our jalapeño flavored Naked Bacon, once properly cooked, put a skewer through one strip and insert into the drink (or stuff it in there depending on how bad the morning really is).

And there you have it, not only can it cure the worlds worst headache but it will certainly give you a little kick from our jalapeño flavored Naked Bacon.

To order some Jalapeno or other bacon products, check out the store.
